RTVE.es is an app that provides unlimited access to all the programming of Radio Televisión Española. It allows you both to stream live content and select from a catalogue of TV programs, shows, or movies.

Channels 1 and 2, Teledeporte, and Canal 24 horas are always just a click away as long as you have a good Internet connection (WiFi, if possible) to load the stream from each channel. Plus, the quality of the image and sound is surprisingly good.

The app interface – a bit similar to the Metro style of Windows 8 – has a clean design and is straightforward. Accessing each of the channels and services is very easy and you'll be able to find what you want in just a few seconds.

However, the best part of the app is the option to receive a notification from your Android prior to a program being aired, making it impossible to miss a soccer game, TV show, or movie.

RTVE.es is a must-have app. The quality of the video on offer is stupendous, the interface intuitive, and the number of features enormous. If you don't download it, it's only because you don't like TV from Spain.
